Dr Tariq Siddique is a retired GP living in the market town of Buckingham. He has worked as a doctor for over 25 years both in the UK and Australia. He is qualified as an Executive Coach through the Institute of Leadership and Management (level 7). His work has steered the development of cross-organisational working in Urgent care across Buckinghamshire through the ImPACT (Immediate Public Access to Care and Treatment). He has been a member of the Profession Executive Committee of the countywide commissioning organisations (PCT and CCG’s), providing leadership and vision for better care across Health and Social Care.
Tariq has taken on strategic roles coaching the CEO in a challenged Foundation Trust Hospital with Clinical Leadership development for their Consultants, using Action Learning Sets and MBTI.
Tariq has worked nationally with The Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management (www.fmlm.ac.uk) covering all four nations creating the vision for GP leadership of the future. He is skilled at translating complexity into simplicity and using this to engage people with the heart of the issue. Tariq has worked extensively within the NHS, and has an intricate understanding of its issues and challenges.
His particular interest lies in gender and race equality. Tariq uses strong leadership development and high EQ, to drive a person- centred vision for commercial, Governmental and NGO organisations.
Ruth is an Executive and Leadership coach. Prior to her establishing her coaching practice in 2008 she worked in the corporate and voluntary sector for over 25 years. This included a career in the financial sector, HR Director with a Global Humanitarian organisation, an Executive team member and a Board Trustee.
She specialised in people and organisational development, leadership, culture, behaviour change, learning and development. She has over 10 years’ experience as a senior leader, working with a wide range of people in a variety of situations.
Her past and present coaching clients bridge a range of roles, organisations and sectors. Ruth trained with the Coaches Training Institute and Academy of Coaching Excellence and is a member of the Association for Coaching.

Sheila Jones is an Independent Coach and Human Resources Professional. She trained as a Professional Co-active Coach with the Coach Training Institute (CTI) and has worked with individuals at all levels for personal transformation and development both face to face and via Skype. Sheila is a Fellow of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) with over 15 years’ experience working in Human Resources and as an Independent Consultant. She is the Founder and leader of an HR network in the charity sector and has over ten years’ experience working at Board level and as a Board member for several charities.
Nick Wright is a qualified and experienced leadership coach, coaching tutor and OD consultant who has worked extensively with senior leaders and leadership teams in the UK and overseas, primarily in health & social care and international development sectors. He has a postgraduate diploma in coaching psychology, a masters degree in human resource development and is a Fellow of the Institute of Training & Occupational Learning. He has had over 100 articles published in people development fields, including by the Institute of Leadership & Management and Association for Management Education & Development, and was a finalist in the Premier Digital Awards 2018 for 'Most Inspiring Leadership Blog'
Adrian is a resilient and adaptable Coach and Organisational Development leader with extensive consulting and management experience over the past twenty five years. He has worked in senior roles across the public (police), private (Boots the Chemist, Aviva) and NGO (World Vision International) sectors. His focus has been to coach leaders through the creation and delivery of organisational change programmes in support of strategy realisation at an executive and enterprise level.
This has involved combinations of hard (structure, process, value chain) and soft (culture, leadership, capability) changes in large, complex organisations. As Head of People Capability Adrian led the leadership development function in Aviva UK, including the creation, contracting and deployment of an executive coaching programme. He is currently the change lead in World Vision’s OP2030 global realisation office, and coaches high potential leaders within their Senior Leadership Development Programme. Qualified to MBA level, he is also Chartered MCIPD, a member of NTL Institute for Applied Behavioural Science and ODN (Europe).
